The reservoir on the stream of the Ščavnica River, despite the basic purpose of retention of high water, is also used for other purposes. It is a botanical, zoological and ecosystem natural value of local importance. Regular visitors to the lake are fishermen, strollers and cyclists, and in frequent wind conditions, Gajševci become a true paradise for surfers. There is an idyllic walking path near the lake.
