chapel of St. Anne in Križevci near Ljutomer was first mentioned in the parish chronicle in 1582, but graffiti and consecrable crosses were discovered in the chapel with the year 1533.
Once upon a time, there was an anti -Turkish camp, a linar on the roof and the entrance to the basement. Until 1820, there was a cemetery chapel, as there was a cemetery around the church. There is an ossuary under the chapel. Chapel of St. Anne is one of the most important monuments of its species in the wider area because of its age and conservation. The purpose of the chapel has changed quite a few times. In 2019, the chapel was renovated and, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the annexation of Prekmurje to the home country, the memorial room of dr. Matija Slavic.
